Paradise Palm is a unique 3/2 home with your own privately heated pool overlooking the 9th fairway of Hacienda Hills Championship Golf Course. The home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Hacienda a short cart ride to Spanish Springs.
You will feel welcome and relaxed as you enter the spacious pool area to either dine pool side with seating available for 6 or relax on lounge chairs. Whether you love to entertain or just lounge around, you will enjoy the comfort that our home has to offers.
The living area includes a beautiful and functional kitchen with SS appliances, living room with reclining sofa and loveseat, and dining area that seats up to 6.
Step through the dividing glass doors into the charming spacious pool area with panoramic views of the 9th Fairway of Hacienda Hills Championship Golf Course.
Kitchen is bright and spacious complete with SS appliances. A well-stocked kitchen has a large variety of cooking tools and utensils to ensure you feel at home. A Keurig is ready to brew your perfect morning coffee or use the 12-cup coffee maker if you prefer.
Dining area is beautifully adorned with dishware and table linens offering a 5 star feel with seating for up to 6 whether enjoying a cocktail or elegant dinner.
Living area offers reclining sofa and love seat, beautiful rattan and wicker coffee and end tables while you enjoy watching the flat screen TV with cable.
Master is spacious with a King size bed. Enjoy the generous walk- in closet and private bath with walk-in shower.
Guest room is bright and cheery with beautiful linens and comfortable Queen size bed.
The third room is set up with a cozy couch to enjoy reading or watching TV. This room has outdoor access to the pool area, providing a changing room for our guests.
Entertainment, shopping and dining are close with Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Square just a short golf cart ride, offering many entertainment options. Lake Sumter Town Square offers waterfront dinning. The Villages 3 Town Squares offer music 365 nights a year.
Nearby country clubs are the Glen View Country Club and Terria Del Sol Country Club. After a day on the course visit any of the country club restaurants.
Enjoy a golf cart ride to numerous restaurants and shopping centers. For daily shopping needs visit the local shopping centers of Buffalo Ridge, you will find Walmart, Fresh Market and Florida’s Bealls outlet along with many restaurants. La Plaza grand offers Publix grocery store retail and banking. Spanish Plains you will find Walgreen pharmacy, Publix grocery store, restaurants and apparel shops. Sam's Club, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Belk, and Target are handy, as well.
With the Village temporary resident ID card, you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses which are not your typical par 3 course, paying no greens fees. The executive golf courses present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay discounted resident greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 2000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
Other amenities include 2019 Yamaha 4-seater gas golf cart, BBQ gas grill, WIFI, 2 bikes and daily newspaper. We do provide our guests with linens, towels for bath and pool, hair dyer, iron, and ironing board. We use Ring doorbell and security camera, located at front door and garage.

Summary: As this was our first time at The Villages, we had no idea what to expect. Was not aware of all the different areas in the Villages and the distance between them! This home is in the oldest section, but close to Spanish Springs, the original square. The view in the back is quiet and you get your share of golfers, but they are not annoying. Quick golf cart trip to a very nearby pool but it is a family pool, not adult only. We had the private pool on the patio which was a great size, but we are sun worshippers so we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would, since weather wasn’t hot like in the summer (it was end of March) and it is roof covered, not a cage. The house was very roomy with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, hangers, kitchen utensils, etc available. Use of golf cart was a huge plus!! Venturing out was confusing at first, but got used to it and went to all the squares!! Found Lake Sumter was our favorite!! We were a little disappointed in the No Smoking rule anywhere on the property or in the golf cart, since my husband likes his occasional cigar at night. While we understand the rule, we know we wouldn’t have abused it or had been messy, but a rule we stuck by. We found close places to entertain it, so as not to break it. Just something to think about if you smoke. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay here.

Summary: The property was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The private pool was a real plus. The golf cart worked well and got great mileage…after 2 weeks of using it daily, we had only used half a tank of gas. We would definitely rent it again.

Summary: It looked even better in person than the great pictures. A highlight was eating at the table next to the heated pool and watching the golfers play on the golf course. Pickleball and tennis courts were just across the golf course. And Spanish Springs Village Center was a short walk or golf cart ride away.

Summary: This was our first visit to the Villages and this was the perfect house & location. This village was so quiet and backing on the golf course was perfect. The location is so close to several of the community/rec centers, community pool an easy walk or minutes on golf cart, and minutes on the golf cart to the popular Spanish Springs for everything from shopping, dining and entertainment. We loved the golf cart and especially the heated pool making our stay even more perfect. The extra amenities provided were so nice when it was just the 2 of us in the house. Much appreciated not having to purchase extra toiletries for our week stay. Everything at this house is very well thought out and well appointed. Kitchen was missing nothing and wifi and all technology worked perfectly. Everything was nice and clean with lovely decor and furnishings. We especially appreciated the correspondence with Jen as she was very quick to respond to our inquiries when booking and everything was as indicated. We felt so safe in this area which was important for us. We cannot say enough about how lovely this property was. We will look forward to booking again for our next village vacation.

Summary: My family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely home. The owner has done a great job in making sure that everyone has a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was great in all of our communications. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: If you are looking for a fabulous house for a vacation look no further. This one has it all. Check-in was super easy, in-fact we were sent the passcode 3 hours early, which was great. Jen, the host is friendly and very approachable. The house is tastefully decorated and immaculate. Pool was lovely and warm too. All-in-all a 6 star experience.
